Leasing Consultant

The Leasing Consultant role is onsite in Laredo, TX. Compensation is $17–$20 per hour. The consultant supports apartment rentals and resident services for Hamilton Point Property Management LLC. What you'll do

• Qualify prospective residents, lease apartments, prepare lease documents, and complete move-in paperwork
• keep model apartments ready for tours
• orient prospective and current residents
• process renewal paperwork
• maintain traffic records and follow up with prospects
• schedule community tours
• inspect apartments before move-ins and coordinate needs with maintenance
• maintain confidential resident files
• complete weekly leasing reports and daily opening and closing procedures
• respond to resident requests
• inspect buildings and grounds and report repair needs
• assist with work orders and property administration.
