What you'll do

• Perform oral evaluations and document findings
• provide dental care to patients of all ages
• develop treatment plans
• perform oral surgery and operative dentistry
• restore damaged teeth
• diagnose and treat oral conditions
• prescribe medications, administer local anesthesia, and obtain radiographs
• design and fabricate dental appliances
• educate patients
• maintain clinical records
• train staff and mentor dental student externs
• provide urgent dental care
• collaborate with medical and behavioral health providers.
