What you'll do

• Monitor service quality and guest expectations
• create and coordinate an activities calendar
• maintain activity areas and equipment
• manage inventory of materials, bicycles, watercraft, accessories, and retail items
• schedule staff and manage payroll
• manage revenues, expenses, and budget
• assist with special events
• oversee pool, beach, and court areas
• organize pickleball and tennis events and teams
• sell event sponsorships
• reserve court time and book lessons and clinics.
