• resolve workplace conflicts and customer issues
• schedule staff and coach managers on KFC brand standards
• lead product rollout meetings
• analyze financial performance, manage the budget, and develop profitability strategies
• monitor competitors and digital presence and loyalty programs
• follow corporate policies and occupational health and food safety standards.
