What you'll do

• Clean and sanitize apartments, bathrooms, common areas, and facility spaces
• vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, and maintain surfaces
• disinfect high-touch areas
• change linens and make beds as needed
• empty trash
• restock supplies
• safely use and store cleaning products and equipment
• report maintenance and safety concerns
• prepare vacant apartments for tours and move-ins
• follow infection-control and facility policies
• respect resident privacy and confidentiality.
