The Catering Captain role is onsite in Tuscaloosa, AL, at the University of Alabama Athletics location. Compensation is $22 per hour. What you'll do

• Coordinate catering staff schedules based on catering orders
• meet with function leaders about setup and changes
• address customer concerns
• instruct staff
• assist with room setup
• assemble and deliver food and supplies
• serve food and beverages
• return equipment and utensils
• maintain presentation, portion control, serving temperatures, sanitation, and food preparation standards.

Why this role

Prior catering experience is required; supervisory experience is preferred. A valid driver’s license may be required, and food-handler or alcohol-server permits may be required by state law.
