The role exists to maintain hotel facilities, systems, and equipment and to resolve maintenance issues promptly, supporting a safe and well-functioning property for guests and staff.

What you'll do

• Perform routine preventive and corrective maintenance and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting, and mechanical systems.
• Conduct daily property walk-throughs and inspections, respond to guest and staff requests, keep maintenance areas organized, support safety and emergency procedures, log energy and utility usage, follow brand standards and local safety codes, and assist with renovation and upgrade projects as needed.
