The Industrial Service / Overhead Crane Technician role is onsite at a fixed customer site in Albany, GA. Compensation is $30–$45 per hour. Tri-State Overhead Crane is an independently owned material-handling equipment fabrication and service company. The technician inspects, diagnoses, repairs, and maintains overhead cranes, hoists, and related parts at the customer site. The role provides site-based equipment coverage and helps customers address repair needs through inspections, preventive maintenance, and clear recommendations.

What you'll do

• Troubleshoot and repair overhead cranes, controls, hoists, and drives
• inspect cranes and hoists
• perform scheduled preventive maintenance
• use a man lift during service
• evaluate equipment and communicate repair recommendations
• communicate customer needs to management and sales
• attend customer safety and operations meetings as required
• track time by job and report product concerns.
