What you'll do

• Supervise Security Officers, Lead Officers, and other assigned personnel
• ensure post orders are followed, rounds completed, reports filed, and authorities and clients notified during emergencies
• coach, discipline, and train personnel
• review assignments and post orders
• assist with payroll and personnel management
• coordinate adequate post coverage
• prepare and submit reports
• inspect posts
• meet with client representatives
• perform Security Officer duties when assigned and in accordance with post orders and company policy.
