What you'll do

• Oversee testing of soil, asphalt, concrete, and aggregate materials to applicable standards
• maintain laboratory accreditation programs and proficiency testing
• supervise and develop technicians
• coordinate workflow and scheduling
• maintain quality systems and documentation
• oversee equipment calibration, maintenance, inventory, and purchasing approvals
• review laboratory reports
• maintain a safe, organized laboratory.
