What you'll do

• Own executive relationships for a portfolio of large enterprise financial institutions
• develop account strategy and drive performance and growth
• advise executive stakeholders
• lead executive business reviews and translate performance data into recommendations
• coordinate cross-functional initiatives
• identify account growth opportunities and build business cases
• identify and resolve strategic, operational, and technical risks
• represent publisher perspectives in roadmap discussions
• manage account requests, escalations, and reporting cadence.
