What you'll do

• Provide customer service and follow site procedures and access protocols
• respond to incidents and critical situations
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, grounds, parking, and perimeter areas
• monitor access points and activity
• prepare accurate reports and communicate relevant information to supervisors and site representatives.
