What you'll do

• Provide customer service and follow site security procedures
• conduct routine and random foot or vehicle patrols of retail common areas, parking areas, and exterior perimeters
• monitor access points and report suspicious behavior, hazards, and policy violations
• respond to incidents and disturbances
• document observations and complete incident reports
• provide directions and communicate with property representatives and local responders as needed.
