Executive Vice President of Operations

The Executive Vice President of Operations is a multi-location, field-based role with a listed location of Kansas City, MO. Base salary is $200,000–$250,000 per year, plus performance bonus. The role leads operations across six HVAC, plumbing, and electrical locations and brands. What you'll do

• Own location performance against budget, including revenue, margins, labor productivity, expenses, EBITDA, cash performance, and forecast accuracy
• lead budgeting, rolling forecasts, variance reviews, and recovery plans
• own operating scorecards and performance reviews
• lead and develop general managers and the Vice President of Field Operations
• set leadership-development priorities and succession plans
• prioritize growth and performance initiatives
• lead acquisition integrations
• align Finance, HR, Marketing, IT, Procurement, and Field Operations.
