What you'll do

• Plan and implement lesson plans, programs, and schedules
• supervise children and classroom activities
• meet children’s physical, social, and emotional needs
• maintain health, safety, cleanliness, and licensing standards
• prepare classroom materials and paperwork
• direct classroom staff
• communicate with parents
• conduct parent-teacher conferences
• assist with meals and cleanup
• attend meetings and training.
