What you'll do

• Collect, audit, and calculate weekly timecards
• process payroll through ADP and Salesforce
• apply deductions and reimbursements
• send manager approval reminders
• escalate pay discrepancies
• respond to payroll inquiries
• manage onboarding and rehiring documentation
• maintain payroll inboxes and complete reports and projects.
