Maintenance Technician III — Industrial / Warehouse Facilities

The Maintenance Technician III role is onsite in Henderson, CO, with pay of $30–$33 per hour. PLA is a national supply chain solutions provider offering pallet management, third-party logistics, reverse logistics, freight brokerage, and transportation management services. As the site’s senior-level maintenance position, the technician maintains safe, functional equipment and facilities to support production uptime and regulatory compliance. The role handles preventive maintenance, complex repairs, installations, and system upgrades with minimal supervision.

What you'll do

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on facility and production equipment
• install, troubleshoot, and remove equipment
• maintain machinery, forklift, and inspection logs
• ensure forklift certifications remain current
• enforce safety and environmental requirements
• maintain spare-parts inventory
• support building and grounds upkeep
• provide technical guidance and training to less experienced maintenance personnel.
