What you'll do

• Support the General Manager with daily store operations
• lead shifts and manage retail, cash wrap, and café areas
• maintain cleanliness, food safety, and brand presentation
• monitor sales and labor
• serve as point of contact during manager absences
• model customer service and resolve escalated concerns
• support scheduling, training, onboarding, coaching, inventory, merchandising, and operational processes
• use POS systems and communicate with internal teams.

Why this role
