It also supports compliance, audits, reconciliations, budgets, and employee payroll inquiries across the organization.

What you'll do

• Process biweekly payroll, deductions, tax forms, and payroll reports
• audit payroll and resolve pay issues
• maintain time and attendance systems and payroll records
• verify tax files and W-2 information
• prepare journal entries and account reconciliations
• assist with variance analysis, audits, budgets, forecasts, government reports, invoices, and 1099s
• maintain cash balances and lease schedules.
