What you'll do
- Provide patient care using the nursing process in accordance with the state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies. Apply critical thinking and clinical judgment to plan safe care, maintain competencies through continuing education, delegate care priorities according to staff education and experience, and direct and supervise assigned personnel. Facility requirements include American Heart Association ACLS and BLS, vent/trach experience, knowledge of central lines, and a Florida or multistate compact RN license
