What you'll do

• Assume accountability for resident care on the assigned nursing unit
• coordinate care to support residents’ physical, mental, and psychosocial functioning
• ensure incident reporting and follow-up
• participate in facility committees and programs
• assist with policies and procedures
• guide nursing staff
• monitor care plans, regulations, and quality standards
• and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
