What you'll do

• Design a centralized contact repository
• build internal notification APIs with documented contracts and SLAs
• implement traffic routing, vendor failover, and delivery monitoring
• add rate limiting, deduplication, suppressions, channel preferences, and compliance controls
• improve data architecture and streaming telemetry
• migrate notification workloads without downtime
• maintain availability through monitoring, retries, and idempotency
• support international messaging compliance
• write tested code, document the platform, and conduct reviews and mentoring.
