Mover and Packer

Job overview

The Mover and Packer role is onsite in Richmond, VA, with compensation of $20–$24 per hour based on experience and certifications. The role supports Paul Davis Restoration’s contents services for customers whose homes have been affected by water, fire, mold, or tree damage. The mover and packer documents, packs, transports, and returns personal belongings while coordinating with the Contents Department and cleaning technicians. Careful handling and communication help protect customer property and support restoration after a disaster.

What you'll do

• Pack out and pack back customers’ belongings as directed
• inventory items with photographs and written descriptions
• document the job site and furniture before moving
• communicate with staff and customers
• move items safely to prevent injury or damage
• maintain clean, stocked trucks and organized storage areas
• work with cleaning technicians restoring contents.
