Security Analyst II, Managed Services

The analyst monitors, investigates, and responds to threats across enterprise client environments. Advanced investigations, threat hunting, incident coordination, and actionable recommendations support client security outcomes and incident readiness.

What you'll do

• Perform advanced security triage and investigations across endpoint, server, network, and cloud environments
• conduct proactive threat hunting
• investigate incidents and identify root causes, indicators of compromise, and business impact
• analyze alerts, logs, and telemetry using SIEM and EDR platforms
• apply MITRE ATT&CK to assess detection coverage
• coordinate investigations and escalations and recommend remediation
• review network traffic and system artifacts
• improve documentation, procedures, and response runbooks
• participate in an after-hours on-call rotation as an Incident Controller when required
• scope client incidents and ensure timely communication and escalation.
