What you'll do

• Complete cable television, high-speed data, and telephone installations, reconnects, disconnects, and service changes
• install modems, converters, drops, grounds, outlets, and related devices
• test television, internet, and telephone connections
• explain services and equipment to customers
• follow installation and safety procedures
• maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment
• complete work orders and documentation
• report complaints and damage claims
• provide technical knowledge and training to other installers as required.
