The Event Sales and Coordinator role is onsite in Pepin, WI. Base salary is approximately $58,000–$65,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a performance-based incentive program. What you'll do

• Respond to event inquiries and develop prospective clients into booked events
• conduct tours and consultations
• prepare proposals, contracts, menus, and event plans
• communicate with clients throughout planning
• coordinate with restaurant, culinary, beverage, facilities, and event teams and outside vendors
• develop schedules and communicate commitments
• attend major events as appropriate
• follow up with clients
• maintain a pipeline of prospects and accurate event records.
