M&A Advisory Associate

Job overview

The M&A Advisory Associate role is hybrid in New York, NY, with three days in the office and two remote. What you'll do

• Build financial analyses, valuation models, and pro forma models
• prepare client presentations, pitchbooks, and RFP responses
• conduct acquisition screens and identify targets
• draft sell-side marketing documents
• identify potential buyers and sellers
• review and assist with negotiation of transaction documents
• mentor junior team members
• analyze M&A trends.
