Warehouse Supervisor

Job overview

What you'll do

• Lead and manage a team of 12 warehouse employees, including scheduling, training, coaching, and performance management
• oversee shipping and receiving
• manage inventory levels, accuracy, and organization
• ensure material flow supports production and customer demand
• coordinate logistics with internal departments and carriers
• enforce safety and housekeeping standards
• improve warehouse processes
• maintain records and ERP/WMS transactions
• investigate inventory, shipping, and receiving discrepancies
• support continuous improvement.
