What you'll do

• Triage patients and provide care according to protocols and provider direction
• obtain and document histories and clinical information
• perform phlebotomy and in-house laboratory procedures
• assist physicians with clinical procedures
• administer prescribed medications and monitor responses
• educate patients
• review and document laboratory results
• coordinate services and authorizations as needed
• maintain equipment, supplies, records, and infection-control practices.
