The Emergency Credentialed Veterinary Technician (Shift Lead) role is onsite in Boulder, CO, with compensation of $25–$51 per hour based on leveling and experience. The shift lead coordinates hospital workflow and supports patient care by monitoring patient status and team capacity, assigning and adapting shift roles, and helping on the floor. The role also leads huddles and transitions, coordinates breaks, coaches teammates, and communicates key issues to hospital leadership.
