The Bakery Key Holder role is onsite in Norfolk, VA. The hourly pay range is $15–$16. Nothing Bundt Cakes is seeking a cross-trained team member to support bakery operations and guest experiences. The Key Holder helps open or close the bakery, provides shift leadership, and works across guest service, frosting, and baking as business needs require. The role supports product quality, food safety, and smooth daily operations.

What you'll do

• Open and/or close the bakery and complete required procedures
• assist guests and orders
• operate the register and handle cash
• guide team members
• frost and decorate cakes
• assist with cake production and baking
• clean equipment
• restock products and supplies
• follow recipes and food-safety standards
• resolve guest concerns
• and communicate shift updates to management.
