Weekend Caregiver

What you'll do

• Obtain and record vital signs and report deviations
• assist with personal hygiene, bed linens, nutrition and fluids, ambulation, transfers, and incidental household services
• provide medication reminders
• follow infection-control procedures and the Plan of Care
• document care and submit records according to agency policy
• observe and report physical, behavioral, or family-situation changes
• follow visit schedules and communicate schedule changes or missed visits
• communicate with patients, families, and agency personnel
• attend required in-services and meetings, including 12 hours of in-service per year.
