What you'll do

• Provide hands-on leadership and strategic guidance to nursing management
• lead development and opening of ventilator and dialysis units
• strengthen clinical policies, procedures, systems, and workflows
• promote survey readiness and regulatory compliance
• conduct clinical audits, quality reviews, and root-cause analyses
• develop corrective action plans
• coach and educate nursing managers and frontline clinical staff
• partner with facility leadership on clinical challenges and organizational priorities.
