• Design, develop, and maintain C#/.NET backend services, APIs, and event-driven microservices
• manage SQL and NoSQL data stores
• build Azure cloud solutions
• collaborate on technical designs
• use Claude Code and maintain shared AI tooling
• author and review specifications
• establish AI code review guardrails
• mentor engineers
• conduct code reviews
• support production troubleshooting and monitoring strategies.
