The Vendor Coordinator – Corporate Housing Operations role is an onsite, full-time position in Chantilly, VA, paying $25–$30 per hour. National Corporate Housing creates home-like experiences for business travelers and relocating professionals through customized corporate housing and related services. The coordinator supports daily operations by coordinating vendor relationships, apartment readiness, utilities, billing, and documentation. The work helps ensure apartments are guest-ready and services meet company quality standards.

What you'll do

• Coordinate apartment setups, breakdowns, and inspections
• process vendor invoices and operational billing
• coordinate utility activations, transfers, and disconnects
• maintain lease files and audit documentation
• build relationships with apartment communities and service providers
• work with Customer Service, Sales, Accounting, and Operations to resolve issues
• monitor property policies and communicate operational changes
• participate in the office on-call rotation and support weather communications and business continuity
• report maintenance concerns.
