What you'll do

• Clean assigned interior and exterior food production surfaces according to the Master Sanitation Schedule and company procedures. Back up machine and equipment cleaning, including disassembly, cleaning, sanitizing, and reassembly under SOPs. Perform HACCP responsibilities, including environmental swabbing and ATP, Salmonella, and Listeria testing. Follow GMP, quality, food safety, and safety procedures
• report unsafe or unsanitary conditions
• and maintain daily reports, logs, and records.
