The role supports quality assurance, field outreach, and coordination during snow operations and other emerging issues.

What you'll do

• Observe and evaluate airport operations for compliance
• report findings
• work with airline and ground service provider personnel on safety improvements
• assist with audits and correction of red-tag conditions
• deliver registration stickers and program materials
• build field relationships and coordinate with stakeholders on snow and emergent operations.
