Senior Computer Technician

The Senior Computer Technician role is onsite in Tampa, FL, providing in-person support to the Tampa and Melbourne, FL offices and remote technical leadership to the broader Helpdesk team. What you'll do

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software
• resolve on-premises and remote device issues

• lead or contribute to advanced technology projects
• own complex escalations and coach Helpdesk technicians
• maintain technical procedures and knowledge articles
• support Tampa and Melbourne offices
• manage mobile security compliance
• resolve ticketed requests
• support printers and copiers
• maintain equipment inventory
• follow security policies
• travel to out-of-state offices as scheduled.
