Operations Assistant – Patient Experience

Job overview

The Operations Assistant – Patient Experience role is onsite in Metairie, LA, for approximately 30 hours per week, primarily weekdays between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. Pay is $15–$18 per hour. Tandem Physical Therapy and Pilates provides personalized, client-centered care combining physical therapy and wellness services such as Pilates. The assistant supports patient experience, clinic administration, operations, and marketing execution. The role helps patients navigate visits and payments, keeps the clinic organized, and supports consistent communication and brand materials.

What you'll do

• Welcome patients and support scheduling and patient flow
• maintain patient records
• prepare and explain insurance benefit summaries
• collect copays and follow up on balances
• keep the clinic clean, stocked, and ready
• support marketing tasks and errands
• manage marketing materials and inventory
• communicate with clinicians and team members
• support leadership with day-to-day needs.
