Assistant Manager — Ski Patrol

The Assistant Manager — Ski Patrol role is onsite in Crested Butte, CO. The expected pay range is $27.00–$35.20 per hour. This is a winter seasonal 2026/2027 position with full-time hours available. Vail Resorts operates mountain resorts and supports outdoor recreation and guest services. The assistant manager leads daily patrol operations, coordinates patrollers across the mountain, and supports safety and guest service. The role also participates in patrol work, including search and rescue or specialty areas as needed, and supports training, scheduling, performance, and operational continuity.
