The Senior Cybersecurity Engineer / Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) role is onsite in Quantico, VA, with a target salary of $125,000–$160,000 per year. Agil3 Technology Solutions supports U.S. Government cybersecurity and works with Government cybersecurity leadership and technical teams to protect customer systems and services. The role provides cybersecurity engineering and information assurance support for assigned systems and networks. It helps maintain security compliance and system security posture through vulnerability management, incident response, security reviews, implementation of DoD and USMC requirements, and coordination with systems, network, and cloud teams.

What you'll do

• Perform ISSO/ISSM support
• maintain cybersecurity policies, plans, documentation, and security artifacts
• support DoD and USMC requirements
• review systems, applications, networks, and cloud services
• assess DISA STIGs
• track vulnerability remediation
• support incident response and investigations
• implement Zero Trust principles
• monitor approved security tools and alerts
• coordinate security changes, access processes, testing, and corrective actions
• provide technical guidance.
