What you'll do

• Promote agency services and generate appropriate referrals
• build relationships with hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, rehabilitation centers, home health and hospice agencies, senior centers, and community organizations
• research and pre-qualify prospective accounts
• make local visits, including at least 10–12 accounts per day
• follow up after meetings and complete agreed action steps
• represent the agency at networking meetings and community events
• plan weekly routes and sales activities.

Why this role
