Certified Sterile Processing Technician — Evening and Overnight Shifts

Job overview

The Certified Sterile Processing Technician role is onsite in Richmond, VA, with a three-month contract-to-permanent arrangement and pay of $33–$36 per hour. BrothersTech Inc provides off-site surgical instrument sterilization, transportation, storage, and loaner tray logistics for health systems and ambulatory surgery centers. The technician processes, assembles, packages, and checks instruments to support safe readiness for procedures. The role also maintains inventory, equipment, infection-control practices, and accurate sterilization records while coordinating with clients and the team.
