Senior Maintenance Technician

The Senior Maintenance Technician works onsite in Louisville, KY, on a core schedule of Wednesday–Sunday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. Compensation is not specified. Boys & Girls Haven serves youth and families through residential care, independent living support, counseling, and other programs. The technician maintains safe, functional, and welcoming facilities across the organization’s campus and satellite locations. Through repairs, preventive maintenance, inspections, and project support, the role helps keep program spaces and equipment dependable for daily operations.

What you'll do

• Complete general repairs and preventive maintenance, including carpentry, drywall, plumbing, basic electrical work, painting, landscaping, and mechanical tasks
• complete work orders and respond to repair requests and emergencies
• inspect buildings, vehicles, and equipment
• maintain walkways and parking areas
• assist with renovations and projects
• keep records and work areas organized
• support pickups, deliveries, events, and volunteer projects.
