What you'll do

• Greet prospective residents, determine needs, and provide tours
• screen applicants and process rental applications in accordance with Fair Housing guidelines
• secure deposits and lease agreements and pursue renewals
• assist with move-ins, move-outs, inspections, and resident requests
• support marketing, resident events, online listings, and market surveys
• assist with reports and administrative duties
• respond to telephone and online inquiries
• support special projects.

Why this role

High school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of leasing, sales, or customer-service experience required. Multifamily property management experience preferred; CLP and Fair Housing certifications preferred but not required. Valid driver’s license required.
