What you'll do

• Greet and check in patients
• present fees and perform pre-testing, entrance testing, vision checks, refraction, contact lens fitting, and checkout
• receive and account for payments and copays
• answer phones and schedule appointments
• verify insurance
• place contact lens orders and conduct contact lens training
• assist physicians
• schedule referrals
• maintain equipment and clean exam lanes and general areas
• participate in staff training.
