What you'll do

• Provide direct nursing care to adult medical and post-surgical patients

• administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies per orders and protocols
• collaborate on individualized care plans
• educate patients and families
• document care in the facility EMR
• escalate changes in patient status
• coordinate with physicians, therapists, case managers, and ancillary staff.
