What you'll do

• Own division business performance and P&L
• develop and execute multi-year business strategy
• build a pipeline of new business with business development, capture, program, and technical leaders
• maintain government customer and partner relationships
• lead workforce planning and organizational development
• ensure program execution and customer satisfaction
• guide technical and capability strategy
• maintain business ethics, technical quality, safety, security, and compliance.
