What you'll do

• Answer, process, and document incoming consumer phone calls, emails, and letters in a fast-paced call center
• learn and apply knowledge of small appliances
• cross-train on specialty brands to support phone and email inquiries, including white-glove service
• provide light troubleshooting and sales assistance where needed
• support orders and warranties
• resolve complaints and support customer retention.
