Full Time Maintenance Technician

Property Maintenance Technician. The primary responsibility is to ensure the timely completion of all assigned maintenance duties and other tasks, including communicating with and supervising subcontractors. Duties include performing repairs, preparing units, and completing preventative maintenance. Schedule : Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm (40 hours per week, full time).
